The package includes one-step machine polishing, ceramic coating on the agreed exterior painted body panels, and materials. Glass and unpainted plastic are not included.
On low-roof cars, the roof includes a light machine polish and coating. On tall SUVs, pickups and vans, roof polishing and coating are excluded when our mobile equipment cannot provide reliable access to the full roof. We confirm this before you approve the price or book.

At your appointment, we inspect the paint, carry out the agreed one-step machine polish and prepare the surface for coating. Application and aftercare follow the selected product’s instructions. Any additional correction is discussed and quoted separately.

What is included in the starting price?
One-step machine polishing, a 2-year ceramic coating on the agreed exterior painted body panels, and materials. Glass and unpainted plastic are excluded. We confirm the exact panels and any roof exclusion before booking.
Will the polish remove every scratch?
No. One-step polishing aims to improve gloss and reduce light swirls and haze. Deep scratches and other damage can remain even with additional polishing. We assess the paint before recommending extra work.
Is the roof included?
Low-roof cars include a light machine polish and ceramic coating on the roof. On tall SUVs, pickups and vans, we exclude the roof when we cannot get reliable access with our mobile equipment. Crossovers and vehicles with roof racks are assessed individually. Any exclusion is agreed before the price and booking.
What do I need to provide?

How long does the coating last?
The advertised package is a 2-year coating. Actual performance depends on the coating used, preparation, exposure and care. We provide product-specific aftercare instructions; the coating still needs regular washing.
Can I request a longer-lasting coating?
Ask about 5- or 10-year options for a separate assessment and quote. Product availability, suitability and terms are confirmed individually; these options are not included in the advertised 2-year package.
